1994 – Company founded
MIA Assurances was founded by Jean Pierre Vander Ham, with the goal of supporting companies and their advisors in ensuring compliance and optimising their employee benefits contracts.
2010 – A new momentum
The firm was taken over by Mattias Vander Ham and Benjamin Paris. Drawing on their experience within major market players, they accelerated the development of MIA Assurances and strengthened its positioning in group insurance.
2013 – Structuring and growth
Arrival of the first employees and structuring of the teams. MIA Assurances developed a comprehensive advisory approach combining technical, legal and operational expertise.
2022 – Continued development
Elisabeth DE SOUSA joined as partner in charge of support functions, and the company moved to larger offices to support its growth.
2026 – A recognised and committed player
MIA Assurances is now a recognised independent firm for its expertise in employee benefits, particularly for foreign companies establishing in France, with a strong consulting culture and long‑term support approach.
