Our commitments
Our CSR vision: insurance with a positive impact
At MIA, our CSR commitment guides all our decisions: reducing our carbon footprint, protecting our teams, contributing to society and ensuring a lasting positive impact.
As a B Corp™ certified company, we move forward with high standards, transparency and continuous improvement.
B Corp™: a measured and verified commitment
MIA is B Corp™ certified, with a score of 84.3.
This certification reflects our positive impact on people, the environment and our governance.
It guides our daily decisions: transparency, continuous improvement and a strong focus on collective interest at the core of our model.
Taking concrete action to reduce our carbon footprint
We have been measuring our emissions since 2023 (66 tCOâ‚‚e) and have launched an ambitious action plan:
–25% emissions per FTE by 2030.
Sustainable mobility, paperless processes, eco‑designed offices, responsible purchasing… every action matters and is tracked year after year.
A responsible employer putting people first
Our purpose is to facilitate access to employee benefits that are adapted, human and sustainable.
Well‑being, inclusion, training, flex‑office, health prevention, structured HR support… our teams evolve in a healthy and engaging environment where everyone can grow.
Contributing positively to society
0.5% of our revenue is donated to selected charities, with direct involvement from our teams.
We support environmental, educational and social causes, and actively contribute to initiatives led by the B Corp™ network and other impact‑driven organisations.
B Corp commitment: a movement transforming business
B Corp™ is an international movement led by the independent non‑profit B Lab, bringing together companies committed to a more responsible economy.
The B Corp™ certification assesses the company as a whole — governance, social practices, environmental impact and stakeholder relationships — based on demanding, measurable and verified criteria.
Granted for a limited period, it is part of a continuous improvement process built on transparency.
B Corp™ is not a branding label, but a shared framework to use business as a positive force for society and the living world.
